North East Club - December News

The North-East Club has had a busy few months since July! As we were finally able to meet up in person, the young members gathered for a Linear Assessment Competition in July at Jess Hurren’s Boroughgreen Herd. A big thank you to Malcolm Dyson for coming along to be our Master Judge.

The Club was then delighted to be able to hold our summer social again this year.  On a Sunday afternoon in August we were warmly welcomed at Softley Farm, Butterknowle by the Thompson family.

A good turnout of members were able to enjoy a shorter version of the postponed Junior Judging competition and sweepstake, with a super show of cows brought forward for us, judged by Richard Baynes (Marleycote), as well as the usual fun quizzes.
