26th July 2023 – HYB Handling Demo– Nantwich Show  

As part of Nantwich Show 

Simon Dowle will be doing a demo for handling before handling classes commence.

ALL BREED DAIRY CALF HANDLING CLASSES – NANTWICH SHOW

Entry Fee per Entry: FREE - Prize Money 1st £10; 2nd £5; 3rd £5; 4th £5

SHOWMANSHIP CLASSES – Open to all Dairy Breeds, Animal must suit the Handler

(age on day on Nantwich & South Cheshire Show 26th July 2023)

23          Novice born in 2012 or later (9 years or under), not to be entered in class 24

24          Junior 12 years and under

25          Intermediate Aged between 13 years and 16 years inclusive

26          Senior Aged between 17 years and 20 years inclusive

27          Mature Aged between 21 years and 26 years inclusive

 

Western Holstein Club will present an award to 1st & 2nd place Holstein Handlers in each class.

There will be a special award for Champion Holstein Handler in memory of “Tanya Winstanley"
