The handlers saw good entries in all age groups with Champion Handler awarded to Lizzie Bradley, Reserve Sophie Shaw and Honourable Mention Liam Poyser.

Swiftly after the County Show the Open Stock Judging was held at Mark Whitehurst’s which saw 3 Clubs, Staffordshire, Shropshire and Western having the honour to see an outstanding display of 18 cows during the evening, with Master Judge Hefyn Wilson. The HYB members are getting focused on selecting a team for The Field to Foto weekend, with another stock judging and Linear Practice arranged.

The final event of the summer was the Herds Competition and Max Davies (Davlea) the judge. 15 herds from all over the county with new entrants again this year, which is very encouraging. We are very grateful to the generous Sponsorship for this event from Glenthorne Vets.
