Rules for advertising your animals
In the Sales Centre, you can view upcoming sales, read sale reports and also advertise and view stock/embryos that members have for sale. If you have any upcoming sales or sale reports to add, please send them to marketing@holstein-uk.org.
We have recently introduced new social media advertising packages for pedigree sales. For further details on these, please email marketing@holstein-uk.org
If you would like any private member sales to be added then please send the following details to marketing@holstein-uk.org.
- Your name, prefix, club, email, and telephone number
- The animal name, ear tag, HBN & date of birth (or link to its Holstein UK factsheet)
- If it is embryos you are selling, please provide donor and sire information
- Any further information e.g.- picture, herd website, number, and grade of embryos.
Please note that this new service is not open to livestock marketing companies and is for individual members herds only. To view auction rules, view the Membership Handbook
Members selling any animals under Holstein UK Auction Sale Rules need to complete a form of agreement and send it to Holstein UK. A copy must also be kept by the Auctioneers as well.
Please download the Form of Agreement presented by the Trustees of Holstein UK for signature by members adopting the Auction Rules.

Entry of information into this area will be at the discretion of Holstein UK. Any private Holstein UK member sales will be automatically removed after three months if they have not been updated. If any changes or sale removals have to be made, please contact marketing@holstein-uk.org. Any sale reports and/or catalogues will be removed from the website after 12 months of the date of the sale.
