HYB welcomes applications for the Masters Open Competition

Do you want to represent Holstein Young Breeders in Europe next year?

Holstein UK are looking forward to taking their first ever team of Holstein Young Breeders to Germany in February 2020 to compete at the Masters Open in Verden, Germany.

The competition will involve clipping and showmanship and whilst in Germany, you will also be able to watch the exclusive Masterrind Auction and the 47th “Schau der Besten”!

To make up the 2020 Team, we are inviting HYB members to submit an application telling us a little bit about themselves and why they would like to take part. Entries will then be reviewed by a panel of judges and the team announced in mid-January.

The Masters Open is a competition for young breeders from across Europe with countries putting forward their teams to compete in clipping and showmanship competitions against young breeders within their age category. The Junior category is open to competitors aged 16-20 whilst competitors in the Senior category must be aged 21-25.
